SHIPPING POLICY
We are based near Inverurie, Aberdeenshire, Scotland. Purchased items can be picked up for free from our property. We charge a £30 shipping fee to deliver in a 30 mile radius. Anywhere else on the Scottish mainland will cost £99. Please contact us for deliveries to farther locations. You can also organise your own transport. In this case, for an extra fee of £10, we will make sure your new furniture is securely wrapped for safe transport. As soon as your item is out of our hands, it is no longer our responsibility, hence we prefer to deliver ourselves, so we can ensure it is transported with TLC.
RETURN POLICY
Please keep in mind that these are upcycled pieces and have a history of many, many years and so will have signs of wear and tear as expected. This will not be excepted as a valid reason to return it. We only source solid pieces which have stood the test of time, but when they arrive with us and show any issues, we do our utmost best to restore them to full functionality. Any possible issues of a piece will be disclosed on our website. When you buy a piece, you agree to accept these issues. Should your bought piece show any new issues within four weeks of receiving it, you have two options. The first is that we try to restore the issue (in place or at our workshop), so you can enjoy the piece again. The second option is to return it to us and get your money back. Pieces will need to be in their original bought state (minus the issue, of course). Any changes that devalue the piece will be taken off the return money. You can bring the piece back yourself or ask us to come and pick it up in which case you will be charged for the pickup (price depending on the distance).
Unfortunately, since these pieces are unique, there is no exchange possible.
