Terms & Conditions

CUSTOMER CARE

When you buy a piece of furniture from us, we understand you feel the same about re-using old furniture. We love to create your piece as close to your dream as possible! Hence we ask you to give us as much design detail as possible when ordering a bespoke piece from us. All communication will be in writing (email), so everyone knows what's been agreed upon. Payment will have to be received in advance, or, in case installments have been agreed upon, the first payment needs to be received before work on a piece can begin. Once the colour coat of paint is on, we will send you images of the result. Should you not like it, we can always paint it another colour (for additional cost) as we want you to be a happy customer.

Please be advised that we take great care in our work and hence we don't do a '24-hours service'. The curing of paint alone takes at least a week (this is necessary to happen before the finishing coat goes on), so it may well take two weeks for a piece to be finished. You can rest assured that you'll be able to enjoy your furniture for longer!

Privacy & Safety

PRIVACY

When you contact us, your email address will remain in our gmail data base. Please rest assured that your details will never be willingly shared by us with third parties. We have a virus checker in place to prevent hacks.

PAYMENT

  • Cash

  • Bank Transfer

  • PAYPAL

Payments will be accepted by cash and bank transfer. We will accept PayPal payments only if the other options aren't available. For larger sums, payment in installments is possible, with the first installment due before any work commences. The last payment is due before delivery/pickup. Once an order is made and the piece is finished, delivery/pickup will need to be arranged within 14 days (so we can use the space for new furniture!).
